About Us

• Tahoe Fire Dancers can add spark to any event by providing remarkable entertainment for Tahoe and the greater area. We specialize in choreographed fire, LED, and daytime circus shows for corporate and private events. Tahoe Fire Dancers is fully licensed and insured in California and Nevada.

• Tahoe Fire Dancers is Lake Tahoe’s premiere performance company since 2006. TFD offers an array of different props, performance styles, and choreographed numbers. We incorporate yoga, martial arts, and flow into our performances.

• We love to give back to their community by teaching workshops for participants ranging from beginner to advanced. TFD is dedicated to the Lake Tahoe Community. We provide education in the form of creating and instructing dance classes and host workshops and local spin jams.

• The members of TFD pride themselves on safety and work closely with the local Fire Departments in compliance with NFPA 160 standards and provide ongoing, free fire safety training for the community. Each performer is insured for $3 million.

• Tahoe Fire Dancers has performed at Wanderlust, WinterWondergrass, SnowGlobe, Bass Camp Music Festival, Burning Man’s Inner Circle, and many other corporate events and festivals.

What We Provide

We are happy to provide roaming entertainment throughout the evening or put on a professional choreographed show that ranges from 10-30 minutes. You may choose from any LED or fire prop– we have them all!

Daytime Circus Shows and Classes

• We are happy to provide daytime shows and classes using clowns, juggling, hooping, face painting, and henna tattoos.
• We provide hoops, juggling equipment, and other fun equipment for kids of all ages.
• We have highly skilled teachers with Masters of Education providing hoop, poi, and circus classes.

LED Shows

• We provide LED shows with state of the art technology and programmable poi, staff, and hoops
• We also love to make our shows interactive by having short hoop lessons and hoop contests for our guests.

We are Licensed and Insured

Our fire shows include completely insured performers by Specialty Insurance with up to $2 million of insurance for the venue and additionally insured. If necessary, we will provide permitting through the fire department to ensure a safe environment for you and your guests. We also have our Nevada Fire Marshal cards for any shows in Nevada.

Costuming

We provide professional costuming and makeup for each event. If you have a preference of costuming, please specify and we can usually accommodate. If new costuming is necessary there may be an additional fee.

Photography

We also have highly trained professional fire photographers and videographers we can include in our fees. They will create a polished photo album and/or an edited video to remember your fire show for years to come!

Additional Information

• Fire permitting (if necessary) will come at an additional fee.
• We can provide a sound system at an additional fee.
• Lighting will be an additional fee.
• We require at least a 15 x 15 foot area to perform away from audience members and flammable surfaces.
• We must have a fuel station at least 10 feet away from the performance area that is not used for foot traffic.
• One paid safety per every 2-3 performers will be required for each performance.
• Gas, travel, lodging, and meal expenses will also be included in our fees.
• If possible, snacks and meals should be provided for performers and safeties.
